Order processing time
Being that we are a small business we ask that you please allow for 1-2 week processing.
Shipping
Local drop-offs are available within 5–10 miles of the Newark, DE area. Outside of this area, we offer shipping, which typically takes approximately 1 week.
Placing Custom embroidery orders
Please visit our “Get in Touch” page in the top left corner of our website, or DM us through Instagram, to start a consultation.
To make your items unique and special to you, we’ll discuss sizing, placement, and digitizing if necessary.
Zoom consultations are also available! Please reach out if you would prefer to schedule an appointment.
For orders of 25+ items, we ask that you place your order 2–3 weeks in advance. Thank you!
Providing your own blanks
Any embroidery design you see on our website or Instagram can be embroidered on a blank item you provide, if you prefer.
For custom embroidery projects, we recommend providing your own blank. However, if you’d prefer, we can also source and provide the blank for you.
Exchanges and returns
Products that are already made are eligible for a 30-day return.
Personalized and made-to-order products are not eligible for exchanges or returns, as they are created specifically for each customer.
Care
Our Thread Shop offers a variety of garments and accessories, each made with different fabrics and materials. To help keep your items looking their best, we recommend washing on a cold, gentle cycle and air drying whenever possible.
For embroidered items, avoid high heat, as it can affect both the fabric and embroidery.
